All persons visiting the Flyover attraction (the “Attraction”) do so subject to the following terms and conditions provided by Flyover:
Ticketing Terms & Conditions
- Refunds: Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled ticket time. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
- Changes: Ticket changes (date or time) are permitted and will be accommodated subject to availability. All change requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ticket time.
- Late Arrivals & No‑Shows: Late arrivals may be accommodated at Flyover’s discretion and subject to capacity, but entry is not guaranteed. Late arrivals and no shows are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Group Bookings: Any groups booked through the Flyover Sales Team are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Specifically, any decrease in numbers or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Additional terms and conditions may apply to bookings related to promotional offers, packages, events, buyouts, and bulk ticket purchases.
- Third-Party Bookings: All bookings made through third-party platforms or partners are governed by the terms and conditions provided by that third-party platform or partner. Flyover does not manage or modify these bookings directly. All changes, cancellations, or refund requests must be made by contacting the third-party platform or partner through which the booking was made. Flyover is unable to process changes or issue refunds for third-party or partner bookings.
- Re-sale of Flyover tickets is prohibited. If Flyover has reason to believe that a ticket has been resold, the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Attraction without compensation.
General Admission
- Tickets may be purchased either individually or in groups. Due to limitations of seating configurations on the Attraction, it may not be possible for all members of a group to be seated together.
- Save as otherwise permitted by Flyover, all persons visiting the Attraction must pay for admission prior to entering the pre-show or the ride. Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any team member or agent of Flyover. Any person attempting to gain admission without a ticket may be removed from the Attraction and/or its vicinity.
The Flyover Experience
- The following special effects are used in the Attraction: mist, wind, scents, strobe lighting and motion seats. The use of these special effects is intermittent, and, while every effort is made to ensure the well-being of guests, Flyover does advise that if any guests have a pre-existing condition that could be exacerbated by exposure to any of the aforementioned special effects, then these guests should not enter the Attraction.
- As per Flyover safety requirements, no persons who are under the minimum height requirement of 40 inches (102 cm) shall be permitted to go on the Flyover Ride.
- Due to the rider restraint system, some guests of larger stature or body proportions may not be safely accommodated on the Flyover ride, and in these cases, a refund will be issued.
- Guests must keep personal belongings with them at all times. Any large purses, backpacks or other bags must be checked at coat check prior to boarding the Attraction. Flyover accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of, or damage to, any personal items brought to the Attraction or left in the unattended lockers.
- Guests must remain within permitted guest areas and must adhere to Flyover health and safety procedures and guidelines (as guests may be instructed to do so by Flyover team members from time to time).
Supervision of Minors
- Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult or a guardian aged 14 years or over while on or in the vicinity of the Attraction.
- One adult may not supervise more than 9 children.
Behaviour & Conduct
- Flyover reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to or removal from the Attraction or the vicinity of the Attraction any person who:
- has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of Flyover team members, is detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of other guests;
- has used threatening, abusive or insulting language or behavior or in any way provokes or has behaved in a manner that may provoke a breach of the peace;
- is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- No food or beverages of any kind may be consumed on the Flyover ride or in the pre-show area. Food and beverages may be consumed in designated areas prior to entering or subsequent to exiting the Attraction.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Attraction, in the vicinity of the Attraction, including, but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, vape pens, dab pens, dab rings, tanks, mods, pod-mods, electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), etc.
- Unnecessary noise (such as that issuing from the use of cell phones, radio sets, personal stereos and other electrical equipment) or any behavior likely to cause annoyance to other visitors, or disruption of any kind, is not permitted on, or in the vicinity of, the Attraction and will result in immediate ejection from the Attraction. This applies equally to individuals and groups.
- With the exception of Service Animals (guide dogs and hearing dogs), pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited at the Attraction. However, Service Animals will not be allowed on the Attraction and will have to stay with a Flyover team member during the guest’s experience on the Attraction.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Flyover is dedicated to fostering a safe and secure environment for our guests. All guests and their bags are subject to security screenings and/or searches upon arrival at the Attraction. It is prohibited to take to the Attraction any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, flammable liquids or other articles, which may cause injury.
- Flyover will expend reasonable efforts to ensure that the Attraction is open for use by visitors during normal opening hours. However, Flyover reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to close the Attraction. In the event of such closure, Flyover will provide a refund to any guests who have a ticket for the time of the unexpected closure but otherwise shall have no liability whatsoever, including no liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of closure of part or all of the Attraction.
- Flyover Iceland EHF, its directors, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any ride undertaken and/or during evacuation from the Attraction in the event of breakdown or accident. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Flyover experience, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the visit.
- From time to time, Flyover or other authorized parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring on or in the vicinity of the Attraction, which may feature visitors. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that Flyover or any authorized party may use such images in perpetuity, in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Flyover or such authorized party (as the case may be).
- Flyover, its employees or agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any ride undertaken and/or during evacuation from the Attraction in the event of breakdown or accident. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Flyover experience, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the visit.
